FAQs

How does it ship?

Shipping is done through FedEx. You will be notified as soon as the product is en route.

If you have purchased an unframed print, it will be securely rolled and packaged in a tube. If framed, it will be shipped in a secure flat box.

How long does shipping take?

Each print is made to order, taking us approx 5-10 working days. Thereafter, shipping time is usually 2-3 working days within South Africa and 10-14 working days outside of South Africa.

Are these legit Tretchikoff Prints?

The Fantastical Miss Wong (Pty) LTD holds the exclusive licence to the reproduction of Tretchikoff prints and products. Here you can buy legitimate reproductions of the work of Vladimir Tretchikoff.
